Job Description - Network Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Network Engineer to support one of our most reputable in-house clients

Your new role

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Support day-to-day network operations, including configuration changes, firmware updates, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure network security by implementing access controls, VPN configurations, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and systems teams to optimise connectivity and uptime.
  • Assist in planning and deploying new network projects and upgrades.
What you'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or Network Support.
  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise networking equipment.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing systems.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
