Officer/ Senior Officer - Agency Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end licensing process for individual agents, including new registrations, renewals, cancellations, and CPD tracking for both HKIA and MPFA.
• Validate recruitment offers and ensure the completeness of application packages.
• Review assessment forms and income calculations for organic recruits prepared by team members.
• Support visa applications for new recruits and handle visa renewals for existing agents.
• Address recruitment-related inquiries from agency channels and explain contractual documents to agents and agency leaders.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Distribution, Finance, and Agency) to maintain accurate system records and facilitate bonus payment arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation of bilingual contractual documents.
• Review and update bilingual agency manuals and guidelines.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience within the Insurance industry, preferably with exposure to agency registration, contracting, recruitment functions, agency administration, or distribution support.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
