Job Description - Onboarding Analyst (12 months contract)

Your new company

Join a dynamic onboarding team at the heart of a leading financial institution, where accuracy, collaboration, and client focus matter. As an Account Onboarding Specialist, you'll manage the end-to-end process of bringing new clients on board-ensuring every account meets regulatory, compliance, and quality standards.

Your new role

Manage new account onboarding from request to account setup
Review client and account documentation for accuracy and KYC compliance
Advise front-office teams on required documents and resolve discrepancies
Assess source of wealth information and supporting materials
Maintain accurate records in onboarding systems and track pre-onboarding's items

What you'll need to succeed

3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
Experience in onboarding, KYC, or source of wealth review is a plus
