Your new role

Oversee APAC Operations risk - identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and provide governance support.
Monitor, review, and deliver monthly operational risk reporting
Assist regional leaders and stakeholders in driving the execution of key risk programs such as regulatory remediations, RCSA, operational control frameworks, etc.
Strengthen operational risk culture by promoting best practices, enhancing controls, and ensuring compliance with senior management and regulatory expectations.
Provide oversight, guidance, and escalation to senior management on emerging risks, control weaknesses, and thematic issues across Operations.
Assist on ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years in Operational Risk management, preferably in a well-established financial institution
Business / Finance related bachelor's degree holder
Excellent command of English
