Job Description - Operations Support Officer (12 Months contract)

A well-established financial services organisation with a strong presence in Wealth Management, supporting clients through structured processes and collaborative teams in a fast-paced banking environment.
Your new role
Provide admin and operations support to a Wealth Management team
Support client advisors and internal stakeholders with daily coordination
Handle transaction processing and related documentation
Ensure tasks are completed accurately in a fast-paced environment
What you'll need to succeed
At least 1 year of administrative or operations experience, preferably within banking or financial services
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
A proactive and reliable team player with strong organisational skills
Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
