Job Description - OT Security Project Manager

Your new role
  • Evaluate and identify security risks across OT environments, including industrial control systems, SCADA platforms, and IoT devices.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices specific to OT systems, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Architect, deploy, and optimize security controls to safeguard OT networks and systems from cyber threats.
  • Perform ongoing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on OT infrastructure.
  • Monitor OT environments for security incidents and provide real-time threat response.
  • Work closely with IT security teams to ensure cohesive integration between IT and OT security controls.
  • Deliver training and guidance to personnel on OT security standards, best practices, and operational protocols.
  • Continuously track emerging OT security trends, threat landscapes, and mitigation strategies.
  • Administer and maintain OT security tools, platforms, and related technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to established OT security frameworks and standards, including ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of incident response activities related to OT security events.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT/OT Security; experience in SOC operations is an advantage.
  • Strong technical expertise in industrial control systems, SCADA environments, and IoT technologies.
  • Solid understanding of network architectures and protocols commonly used in OT environments.
  • Familiarity with established OT security frameworks and standards, including ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
  • Practical experience with OT security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM platforms.
  • Knowledge of widely used OT communication protocols.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the Asia region.
