We are looking for an experienced PMO to lead a strategic ERP initiative within the luxury retail industry. The role is focused on project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight, ensuring structured execution and high-quality reporting across business and IT teams. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience, with strong exposure to ERP projects built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the ability to operate in a complex, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive overall project governance for ERP initiatives
Define and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
Manage senior stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors
Lead steering committee preparation, executive reporting, and status updates
Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear escalation paths
Ensure alignment between business objectives and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP capabilities
Coordinate cross-functional and international teams
