Job Description

Partner closely with Product Manager and AI Product Lead to shape product vision and roadmap
Co-own product strategy, quarterly planning and delivery outcomes
Lead end-to-end design activities from research to developer handoff
Translate ambiguous business and user needs into clear design solutions
Conduct user interviews, usability testing and heuristic reviews
Apply data, analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Create wireframes, user journeys and interactive prototypes using Figma
Maintain and enhance design systems for consistency and accessibility
Collaborate with engineering, AI, product and business stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of intuitive, scalable and user-centric experiences

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in product design, usability or interaction design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and strategic problem-solving
Ability to link design decisions to business metrics and outcomes
Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or rapid prototype development
Experience designing complex workflows or data-intensive interfaces
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery environments
Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder influence
