Product Officer - Contract

The Company

Our client a well-known financial institution organization is seeking a Product Officer to join their growing product development department. This role offers exposure to end‑to‑end product initiatives and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the business

The Role

• Participate in the design and enhancement of insurance products, ensuring strong alignment with customer needs while balancing internal and external stakeholders' perspectives
• Support the delivery of product initiatives, including preparation of product‑related documentation and marketing literature
• Assist in monitoring product performance and conducting ongoing reviews of market competitiveness
• Support special quotation requests and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
• Provide general support to the product development and marketing functions as required

Your Profile

• University degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product development and/or actuarial background within the insurance industry
• Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English; solid Chinese reading and writing skills are essential
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and a committed team player with a proactive mindset
