Job Description - Product Owner, Business Analyst (Contract)

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with overall business goals.
Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized effectively based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
Work closely with stakeholders to shape expectations, oversee progress, and ensure successful delivery.
Monitor and evaluate post-launch performance to measure product success and continuous improvement.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from multiple teams across the organization.
Translate business objectives into clear user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Support system testing activities, handle issue analysis, and assist in refining solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the entire delivery cycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development, QA, UX, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Balance business goals and technical feasibility while facilitating agile activities like sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.

Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex business needs into actionable solutions.
Experience with digital platforms or enterprise systems preferred.
Native-level fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
Comfortable working with regional and global teams and producing bilingual documentation.
