Job Description - Product Owner - Digital Transformation

Responsibility

Lead enterprise process design and engineering, defining target-state operating models aligned with business strategy
Identify digital and AI adoption opportunities through market, trend, and capability analysis
Act as Product Owner, shaping product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise digital solutions
Resolve complex business, operational, and user experience challenges across platforms
Engage and manage senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and delivery outcomes
Develop and review business cases, requirements, and solution designs
Provide enterprise-level business analysis across multiple initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Digital Technology (or related discipline)
Proven experience owning end-to-end process transformation or digital solutions
Strong Product Owner experience driving product vision, roadmap, and delivery
Hands-on collaboration experience with IT delivery teams and vendors
Ability to balance strategic design leadership with execution oversight
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with AI technologies or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
