Project Assistant - Application and Data Team -2 headcounts

Project Assistants will work closely with Project Managers, delivery leads, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support coordination, documentation, and day‑to‑day project operations.

Position 1: Project Assistant - Application Team

This role supports a newly established application function, with strong exposure to PMO operations, vendor coordination, and tendering activities.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or IT support
• Exposure to vendor management, procurement, or tendering is preferred
• Experience supporting application or system projects is a plus
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Position 2: Project Assistant - Data Team

This role supports the data team and focuses on project coordination, PMO support, and IT delivery assistance, preferably within data, BI, or analytics projects.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support roles
• Exposure to data, BI, analytics, or reporting projects is preferred
• Experience in Python, SQL, PowerBI for data manipulation, data analysis and data visualization. Strong communication and coordination skills
