Salary:

Our client, a global financial services institution, is looking for a Project Manager in Hong Kong on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex finance and regulatory change initiatives spanning processes, data, systems and operating model transformation.
Establish effective oversight frameworks, providing constructive challenge and influencing outcomes across all pillars of the programme.
Define scope, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
Consolidate reporting and risk oversight through a central PMO function, ensuring reporting accurately reflects real-time progress and issues at delivery level.
Partner with finance and risk stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery, controlled execution, and measurable business value.

Requirements

Proven track record delivering finance transformation projects within a financial services environment.
Strong experience in project governance, oversight frameworks, and structured programme delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams across complex, multi-workstream change initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are currently eligible to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
