Job Description - Project Manager - Day 2 (1-year Contract)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Coordinate all efforts to attain the deliverables of Product Launch Day 2 items
Manage the full lifecycle of insurance product launch projects, from planning, design, and testing through execution, ensuring alignment with SDLC and business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness
Drive collaboration among product development, operations, claims, policy servicing, IT, and risk & compliance teams to deliver seamless implementation and post-launch support
Oversee the integration of new products into existing operational processes, including claims handling and policy administration, to maintain service quality and efficiency
Fulfil ad-hoc tasks according to the project implementation timeline

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Degree holder
Life insurance background
Project management experience
Experience with product launch and operations

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Detailed minded
Problem-solving
Good project management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Able to work under pressure and a tight timeline
