Project Manager - Digital workplace

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead modern workplace and end-user computing initiatives while overseeing day‑to‑day operations. You will manage cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, reliable workplace technologies and provide senior technical guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure and modern workplace projects.
• Manage Microsoft 365, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, endpoint protection, and MDM tools.
• Act as a 3rd-level support and escalation contact for complex issues.
• Support day-to-day operations for end-user platforms and make sure services run smoothly.
• Handle change and incident management, including impact review, approvals, communications, and post-incident review.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, diagrams, and user guides.
• Ensure endpoints and workplace services follow security and compliance standards.
• Improve digital workplace services, collaboration, mobility, and automation.
• Work with stakeholders, manage expectations, and report on progress, risks, and issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for workplace technology solutions.
• Support room booking systems, cloud printing, and AV integration.

Requirements

• Around 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure project management and/or modern workplace roles, including exposure to both projects and BAU operations.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure Virtual Desktop, endpoint security and device management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business language.
• Experience producing clear technical and user documentation and presenting guidance or training to end users.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, PMP/Prince2, Microsoft 365 or Azure) are highly regarded.
