Job Description

As a Project Manager - IT, your main responsibilities will include:

Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation through to implementation and rollout
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into effective IT solutions
Partner with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely project execution
Facilitate solution design, documentation, and implementation across multiple stakeholders
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue analysis and resolution tracking
Engage senior stakeholders, regulators, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - IT should have:

A detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure.Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and business analysis within banking/financial services
Mandatory experience in wealth management, capital/fund management, or financial risk/risk management projects
Proven track record in delivering digital transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
