Job Description - PWM Client Onboarding

Your new company

A leading private bank is hiring an Analyst for their Client Onboarding team.

Your new role

Conduct negative news and adverse media screening on existing Private Banking clients using a consistent and risk-based methodology.
Review client information and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsible for Client Data Management, including account opening, ongoing client maintenance, and periodic reviews.
Work closely with Business Units, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure all required documentation and approvals are properly obtained and maintained.

What you'll need to succeed

University graduate or above.
At least 2 years experience in KYC/ Client Data Management in banking industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills.
Self-initiated, detailed-oriented and a good team player.
Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
