Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for financial markets? Join our International Wealth Management team and play a key role in shaping client onboarding and derivatives documentation across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.

Your new role

• Review client capacity and authority for account approvals
• Draft and negotiate master derivatives agreements (ISDA and tailored contracts)
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Credit, and Legal teams on documentation strategy
• Conduct due diligence and analyze external legal opinions
• Support projects, remediation exercises, and global documentation initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Law degree holder with 2-4 years' experience in a law firm or financial industry (AXJ/Australia focus preferred)
  
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
  
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure
