Job Description - QA Engineer, Contract

Responsibilities

Test front-end and back-end programs on systems including the internal core system, web apps, and mobile applications.
Create and carry out detailed test plans.
Evaluate test results and communicate them to developers.
Partner with the development team to resolve bugs.
Help conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Deliver support to end-users.
Join assigned IT project implementations.

Requirements

Hold a higher diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Possess 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or the software development lifecycle.
Know basics of Java and at least one front-end programming language.
Excel in automation testing tools like Postman, K6, Selenium, or Cucumber.
Have practical experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue, React, Flutter).
Understand back-end frameworks like Java/Spring Boot (advantageous).
Grasp SQL for database queries, validation, and integrity checks.
Demonstrate sharp problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Thrive as a team player with solid communication abilities.
Command strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
