Job Description - QA Manager - ERP - Large Entreprise

Lead QA for a flagship global ERP transformation
Drive and Drive & manage multicultural vendor teams across multiple locations
Own the delivery of a large-scale testing program with 1,000+ test cases

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead testing activities for a major ERP rollout within a multinational enterprise. This role partners with senior leadership to define and execute the end-to-end testing strategy and manages multiple vendor teams across global locations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall QA and testing strategy for the ERP program.
Lead and coordinate onshore/offshore vendor teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment.
Oversee all test phases: planning, design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Manage delivery of a large testing scope with 1,000+ test cases.
Provide clear, structured updates to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Ensure adherence to enterprise QA standards, quality gates, and governance processes.

Qualifications

8+ years of QA leadership experience in large enterprises or multinational companies.
Proven experience managing QA for ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
Strong vendor management experience across multiple geographies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
Solid understanding of testing methodologies and enterprise program delivery.
