Job Description - QA Specialist - (Finance, 42K) Immediately Available

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to play a key role in ensuring system reliability, accuracy, and performance through structured testing for our well-known financial in-house clients.

Your new role

Develop, review, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases to ensure alignment with business requirements and system specifications.
Execute end-to-end testing activities, including validation of data inputs, business rules, calculations, transaction processing, and report outputs.
Conduct regression testing to safeguard system integrity following system enhancements, fixes, or upgrades.
Monitor and report testing progress, document defects, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders for timely resolution.
Work closely with business analysts and vendors to understand system changes, assess impact, and ensure adequate test coverage.
Drive enhancements in QA practices by identifying opportunities to improve testing efficiency, methodologies, and tools.

What you'll need to succeed

3+ years of hands-on experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
Strong domain knowledge in the insurance industry, with exposure to systems such as sales platforms, policy administration systems, and customer portals.
Practical experience in test management, defect tracking tools, and a solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
