Job Description - Reference Data Analyst (International Bank)

Responsibilities

Maintain and update reference data for derivatives and OTC products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct quality checks on reference data to identify and rectify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Create and maintaining Instrument data on the firm's reference data platform and other applications.
Ensure Instrument static are set up correctly and meet local regulatory requirement.
work closely with Business, Middle Office, Business Operations and Account Services to ensure a consistent model is followed with respect to this critical reference data.
Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Participate in projects related to system enhancements, data migrations, and process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Excellent knowledge in reference data domain (Instrument Data) Management processes within Operation
Strong Applications knowledge including Bloomberg TOMS, Markitwire, ICELINK, Murex, GLOSS, Tradeweb and MarketAxess, etc. is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Maintain Good working relationship with stakeholders and having strong communication skills
Proficiency in written and verbal English & Chinese
