About Our Client

Our client is one of the Big 4 bank in Hong Kong and they are currently looking for a Relationship Management Support Officer to be responsible for client due diligence, assist relationship manager with focus in private banking clients.

Job Description

Assisting relationship managers with client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
Preparing and managing client documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
Maintaining accurate client records and updating relevant systems as needed.
Addressing client inquiries and escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Monitoring account activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the team.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
Fresh graduate or candidate with relevant of working experience in KYC/CDD field within banking/ Financial Services sector
Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
