Your new role

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for company roadshows across global markets
• Act as the key point of contact for inter-departmental coordination and meetings
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team and senior management
• Manage and optimize meeting schedules for conferences and corporate days
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the investment banking industry
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in conference or meeting allocation is a plus
