SAP Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong SAP expertise to support system enhancements, business process improvements, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of SAP configuration concepts, and the ability to translate technical and business requirements into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users, internal teams, and technical teams to support SAP solutions.
• Assist with configuration discussions, system analysis, and solution design.
• Translate user requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors on solution delivery, issue resolution, and implementation support.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and SAP best practices.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role.
• Good understanding and strong hands-on knowledge of SAP modules.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in SAP project environments is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Candidates with consulting background are preferred.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or enhancement projects.
• Exposure to integration, testing, or HR system change management.
• Knowledge of end-to-end HR business processes.
