As a Senior Business Analyst , you will be involved in:-

• End-to-End Solution Ownership: Drive the full lifecycle of AI and GenAI initiatives—from initial solution design and planning to quality assurance and final delivery.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring all digital products align with core objectives and "Key Outcomes."
• Performance & Evolution: Proactively monitor AI model efficiency and collaborate with IT partners to identify continuous enhancement opportunities.
• Innovation Intelligence: Maintain an "Innovation-First" mindset by researching emerging technologies (Data/Knowledge Management) and implementing industry best practices.

To qualify for this role as a Senior Business Analyst , you possess:-

• Proven Track Record: 6+ years in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Project Management , ideally within a large-scale, complex Insurance or Banking environment.
• Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in STEM or Business Management.
• Delivery Excellence: A self-starter with the "hands-on" capability to push project milestones forward with minimal supervision.
