We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a large scale system implementation projects within a Agile financial systems environment.

The role will focus on working across multiple systems to support end-to-end implementation, ensuring that business requirements, system logic, and data dependencies are clearly defined and aligned.

Key responsibilities include:

Guiding Juniors and distribute tasks to them
Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for backend and system integration initiatives
Working closely with technical teams to define system workflows, data mappings, and process logic
Using SQL for data extraction and validation to support requirement analysis, troubleshooting, and UAT (non-analytical use)
Supporting UAT execution, data reconciliation, and defect investigation
Ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accuracy across interconnected systems
Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle

We are looking for candidates who:

Experienced in managing junior BAs
Have experience in backend-focused or integration-heavy projects (e.g., core systems, APIs, data migration, policy administration systems)
Possess strong data awareness - able to understand and validate how data moves between systems
Are comfortable writing SQL queries for validation and investigation purposes
Can effectively communicate with both technical teams and business users
Have experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
