Senior C# Developer (Contract)

Main Responsibilities

1. Design, develop and maintain internal C# applications interfacing with trading systems on the FX Options desk
2. Work closely with traders, quants and the Head of Desk to gather requirements and deliver solutions
3. Contribute to P&L and risk monitoring tools and workflows
4. Provide day-to-day technical support to the desk
5. Propose creative solutions and think outside the box to improve existing systems and processes
6. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements to production deployment

Qualifications & Experience Required

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in C# / .NET development
2. Solid understanding of financial markets and front-office desk operations
3. Experience working in or closely with a trading environment
4. Strong functional understanding of FX products — Options knowledge is a strong plus
5. Exposure to P&L and risk concepts
6. Confident, autonomous and able to communicate effectively in English
7. Ability to engage directly with senior stakeholders including the Head of Desk
8. Strong analytical mindset — able to think creatively and propose solutions
