Job Description - Senior Claims Business Analyst (12 months contract)

Your new role

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for claims operations and system changes
Work closely with Claims, EB, Operations, and IT teams to translate requirements into functional specifications
Review current claims workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Prepare test scenarios and support UAT for claims system enhancements
Track issues, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure readiness for go-live
Assist in process redesign, automation initiatives, and regulatory compliance updates
Support reporting, data analysis, and business insights for claims performance
Communicate project status and requirements clearly to stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of claims processes (Life / Medical / General Insurance)
Experience in Employee Benefits (EB) claims preferred
Familiarity with policy administration or claims management systems
