Job Description

Leading the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models to optimize customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
Analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights for business growth and customer engagement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges using data-driven solutions.
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through effective data governance practices.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented analytics models to ensure optimal outcomes.
Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and analytics within the financial services industry.
Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their analytical capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

Min. 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML and Cloud environment
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience in implementing AI and machine learning models in a business environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
A degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
Familiarity with the financial services industry is an advantage.
