The hiring company is a large organization within the financial services industry, renowned for its innovative technological solutions and commitment to excellence. The company operates globally and is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in Kowloon.

Job Description

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to define, refine, and maintain the Knowledge Graph ontology (nodes, relationships, schemas) for banking policies and procedures.
Validate automated data extraction from unstructured documents, ensuring entities and relationships accurately reflect business intent and regulatory requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing of the Knowledge Graph to identify inconsistencies, redundancies, and logical errors.
Act as the key liaison between technical teams (data scientists, engineers) and business stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Operations).
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical constraints in business-friendly terms.
Document data lineage, business rules, and mapping requirements for data ingestion pipelines.
Design and execute test plans for graph queries (SPARQL, Cypher, SQL) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and performance.
Analyze query results and verify alignment with source policy documents and compliance standards.
Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather feedback from SMEs, and drive continuous improvements to the Knowledge Graph.
Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle of the Knowledge Graph.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within financial services.
Strong understanding of Knowledge Graph concepts, including ontologies, RDF/OWL, and property graph models.
Proficiency in query languages such as SPARQL, Cypher, and SQL.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including schemas and data models.
Experience analyzing LLM-generated outputs and identifying extraction or data quality issues.
Familiarity with banking policies, compliance, and regulatory frameworks is highly preferred.
Experience with graph tools/platforms such as Neo4j, GraphDB, Protégé, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops across technical and business teams.
Strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
