Senior Human Resources Officer (HR Business Support team) (1-year contract)

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for administering, coordinating, and monitoring on HKMA / IA / MPFA / SFC licensing, e.g. licenses registration, deregistration and renewal.
• Support business processes such as pre-employment, on / off boarding and changes during employment.
• Responsible for data checking of HR Information System and HR record maintenance.
• Responsible for club membership enrollment / cancellation and monthly subscription fee / payment arrangement.
• Handle enquiries from potential candidates / employees from time to time.
• Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of employment related ordinance and regulations.
• Detail-minded, organized and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
