Job Description - Senior IT Officer

Your new role

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including but not limited to computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Maintain and ensure accurate documentation of IT infrastructure information, system configurations and operational procedures.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
May be required to work occasionally at different service centres based on operational needs.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree Holder in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, technical support or related role; working experience in non-profit organization is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Windows administration, cloud platforms, servers, and M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
Knowledge of and experience in writing and monitoring scripts.
