Job Description - Senior Marketing Specialist/Officer - Content

Job Description

Create, edit, and manage marketing content for digital and print channels.
Support BU with content needs for campaigns and product materials.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Work with external vendors to deliver quality marketing assets.
Assist in planning and executing marketing projects and campaigns.
Review content performance and suggest improvements when needed.
Ensure all content meets compliance and brand standards.
Manage daily content workflows and support in-house marketing tasks.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, editing, marketing operations.
Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent project management, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, project tools (Smartsheet, Jira).
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
