Senior Network Engineer

• Maintain and administer network and firewall systems across Asia.
• Manage private Cloud services, including connectivity and applications (e.g., ExpressRoute).
• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for routing, switching, and data center operations.
• Prepare and update documentation for network and firewall infrastructure.
• Oversee IT infrastructure monitoring systems (e.g., SolarWinds) for network devices.
• Handle firewall rule documentation for audits and security reviews.

• Minimum 3 years of tier 2 or 3 network infrastructure support experience.
• At least 5 years in network infrastructure administration, focusing on routing and switching.
• Solid experience with firewall technologies (e.g., CheckPoint, PaloAlto).
• Proficient in network protocols and troubleshooting for H3C/Cisco devices.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN solutions and remote access tools (e.g., Citrix).
• Strong command of English and Chinese, with excellent problem-solving skills.
