Job Description - Service Delivery Manager (Finance Experience), 40K

We are seeking a talented Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT service delivery ensuring high-quality performance against SLAs, strong client engagement with financial firms for one of our most sizeable listed clients.

Your new role

Serve as the contact point for client on all service delivery matters, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management
Monitor and manage SLAs and KPIs, ensuring all contractual service commitments are consistently met or exceeded
Coordinate cross-functional teams including helpdesk, onsite support, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
Ensure compliance with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Manage customer experience, including feedback handling and VIP user support
Support ITSM maturity initiatives and drive adoption of tools such as ServiceNow

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in service delivery management or IT operations and technical support
Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, preferably ITIL-certified or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
