Job Description - Specialist, Agency Support

Responsibilities:

Develop promotional and digital assets for agencies, including videos (e.g. success stories from top-performing teams), reels, and other gimmick content.
Lead content creation in both Chinese and English.
Assist in planning and executing event initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and impactful delivery.
Contribute to the execution of campaigns and programs aimed at achieving KPIs.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant insurance and agency support experience
Insurance background is highly preferred
Good communicator
