A leading financial institution is seeking a Surveillance Analyst to join its Private Wealth Management team in Hong Kong. This role is pivotal in ensuring business activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards through proactive surveillance and supervision.



Your new role

• Collaborate with business and control partners (e.g., Compliance, Legal) to implement effective governance and regulatory controls.
• Conduct daily trade-based surveillance and supervisory reviews.
• Investigate control weaknesses or breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and escalate issues to senior management.
• Oversee outsourced surveillance teams to ensure quality and performance standards.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in banking or project management.
• Strong proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Bonus: Programming knowledge (e.g., macros, Python).
