Job Description - System Engineer (Cloud - 65K), Finance

We're looking for a skilled System Engineer (Cloud) to support one of our largest financial in-house clients.

Your new role

Manage and maintain private cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, load balancers, and related subsystems.
Perform capacity planning, regular maintenance, and patch management to ensure system performance and reliability.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents.
Support and manage public cloud environments, including monitoring, deployment, and problem resolution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as standard operating procedures, system configurations, and disaster recovery plans.
Participate in infrastructure projects, technical research, and proof-of-concept implementations to evaluate emerging solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

6+ years of experience in Cloud and Infrastructure experience, including expertise in cloud computing, virtualisation, and network security
Strong understanding of Linux, Windows, VMware, and AWS, particularly in storage and backup environments.
Familiarity with Public Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure) is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and NSX-T.
Fluency in English and Chinese
