Job Description - System Engineer - ITSM (Finance), 65K

We are seeking a hands-on System Engineer to administer, support, and enhance our self-hosted ServiceNow ITSM platform for one of our sizeable Financial Services clients.

Your new role

Administer and maintain the self-hosted ServiceNow platform, including configuration, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and plug-in management.
Design and develop workflows, automation scripts, service catalogue items, and platform enhancements based on business requirements.
Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal systems using REST APIs.
Support ITIL processes, including incident, change, asset, configuration, and knowledge management.
Maintain CMDB data quality and support configuration and asset management activities.
Monitor platform performance and availability; perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation, administration, and support experience.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, especially change, asset, and configuration management.
Experience managing self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
Experience with multi-platform OS administration, preferably Windows and Linux.
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL for operational support and maintenance.
Experience integrating systems using REST APIs.
Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
