A well‑established financial services organisation with a strong focus on Wealth Management. The team supports high‑net‑worth clients through structured onboarding processes, robust operational workflows, and close collaboration across internal stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Your new role

• Preparing account‑opening documents and assisting with client onboarding activities.
• Supporting periodic KYC reviews, name screening, and documentation checks.
• Coordinating with client advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Handling daily transaction processing and resolving operational issues.
• Ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of all tasks in a high‑volume environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1 year of recent experience in the BFSI industry, with exposure to KYC, client onboarding, or financial documentation processes.
• Open to fresh graduates with a finance‑related background.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
