Job Description - Team Assistant (12 Months Contract)

Your new company

You'll be working with a well-established private banking organisation in Hong Kong, supporting teams within the Investment Banking Research function. The environment is fast-paced, professional, and collaborative, offering exposure to a global financial services setting.

Your new role

  • Supporting teams in scheduling analysts' marketing activities and managing meeting logistics (dial-in details, venues, and coordination with relevant parties).

  • Assisting with travel bookings and logistics, ensuring compliance with company travel and cost policies.

  • Supporting expense claims submission and invoice processing in line with internal policies and timelines.

  • Assisting with external expert background checks and negative news screening.

  • Preparing and printing meeting materials.

  • Providing backup support to other assistants during leave periods.

  • Supporting general departmental administrative tasks as required.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 2-3 years of administrative or team support experience
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to support and assist the team
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook calendar
  • Fluent English as it is the primary working language
  • Mandarin language skills are an advantage (ideally able to speak and read).
