Job Description - Technical Lead (Finance) - 80K

We're looking for a skilled Technical Lead to support one of our largest reputable clients.

Your new role

Lead design and implementation of integration solutions, web portals, and process automation.
Translate business needs into technical designs and oversee development, testing, and rollout.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in systems and processes.
Set and enforce best practices in coding, integration, and DevOps pipelines.
Coach and guide development teams, ensuring quality, performance, and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to define scope, timelines, and technical approach.

What you'll need to succeed

7+ years of experience in system integration/ project management with leadership exposure.
Industry experience in finance or regulated environments is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, PostgreSQL, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency preferred.
