Job Description - Technical Project Manager, 45K (In-house)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage and coordinate the delivery of cyber security initiatives for one of our most sizeable multinational in-house clients.

Your new role

Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and execution through to implementation and handover.
Manage and deliver cyber security projects across various departments and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation including schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation where required.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates with clear agendas and actionable outputs.
Support programme governance processes and ensure compliance with delivery standards and frameworks.
Prepare programme reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in project management within cyber security, IT, or technology programmes.
Strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
Sound understanding of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks.
Demonstrated experience managing RAID logs, schedules, and project reporting.
Solid knowledge of infrastructure technology and service lifecycle management.
Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Cyber Security, Business, or a related field.
Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
