Technical Specialist

Join a premier global financial institution as they execute a critical, large-scale digital workplace transformation. We are hunting for two Technical Specialists to spearhead the migration and enrollment of Windows 11 endpoints into a modern Microsoft Intune environment.

As a Technical Specialist , you will be responsible for:-

• Support end-to-end enrollment of laptops, ensuring seamless integration of configuration profiles, security patches, and core applications.
• Build and refine high-performance Autopilot profiles and provisioning workflows to enable a "zero-touch" experience.
• Configure Intune security baselines and compliance policies that meet rigorous institutional standards.
• Package and push critical business applications, ensuring delivery success across a diverse user base.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and deployment bottlenecks.

To qualify for this role as a Technical Specialist , you possess the following:-

• Experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) administration.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Autopilot, and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Advantage if you have worked with SCCM Co-Management or Defender for Endpoint (preferred, not a must).
