The Company

Our client is a leading financial institution and they are seeking for Receptionist to join their team.

The Role

• Responsibilities
• General office administration tasks, including (but not limited to):
• * Welcoming visitors, external and internal
• * Responding to calls
• * Arranging meeting rooms & setting up video conferences
• * Ordering and organizing catering
• * Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• * Managing vendor relationships
• * Organizing office-wide events
• * Ordering and managing office and food supplies
• * Keeping calendars and files
• * Providing basic office support and cross coverage for the wider facilities and administration team when required

Your Profile

• * Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• * Must be vocal and have a sense of urgency while maintaining poise and composure under pressure
• * Candidates should be resourceful, proactive and display good judgement
• * Must pay close attention to detail, self-confident and able to pick up on social cues
• * Prioritize time-sensitive tasks
• * Should be a team player and have a positive attitude. A "no job is too big or too small" approach is very important to our culture
• * Must be comfortable working with people across all organizational levels
