Job Description - Trade Support (12 months contract)

Your new company

We are seeking a detail-driven Trade Support to support daily trading activities across Asia markets. This role sits within nonperforming operations function and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth trade processing, risk management, and operational excellence.

Your new role

Support daily trades across APAC markets
Monitor trade processing, settlements, positions, and risk exposure
Perform reconciliations and investigate breaks or discrepancies
Manage exposure, mark-to-market, and billing processes
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
Identify process improvements and collaborate on system enhancements

What you'll need to succeed

1-5 years of experience in investment banking operations
Strong understanding of cash equities, settlements, and Asia markets
Excellent communication skills and a strong client-service mindset
High attention to detail, risk awareness, and ownership of work quality
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience with analytics or automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath, Duco) is a plus
