Trade Support (Fixed Income) (4 months contract)

Step into a critical operational role supporting a broad range of fixed income products across global markets. This position focuses primarily on Cash Bonds, with exposure to FX, Interest Rates, Credit, and various OTC derivatives. You will operate at the center of trade execution, control, and lifecycle management, ensuring timely, accurate, and risk-aware processing for high-volume trading activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate trade capture and checkout for Cash Bond transactions
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies by working with trading, sales, and external counterparties
• Manage and process trade lifecycle events, including compression cycles and balance sheet optimization activities
• Control, reconcile, and resolve trade processing exceptions across systems
• Support new product launches and business initiatives, contributing to trade flow and booking model improvements
• Collaborate with Technology teams on new processing platforms, workflow enhancements, and system upgrades
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, and project teams to assess regulatory requirements and implement new processes
• Perform and enhance daily control checks related to regulatory reporting across Asia

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in investment banking operations
• Strong ability to understand, utilize, and improve technology platforms
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven capability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with fixed income OTC products, including swaps, options, and structured instruments
• Prior experience in a trade support function
• Familiarity with market structure, regulations, and key industry participants
• Working knowledge of ISDA definitions
