Job Description - Trade surveillance analyst

Your new role

Work with PWM business units and control teams (like Compliance and Legal) to put effective controls, governance, and risk management in place.
Perform daily supervisory and trade surveillance checks to ensure compliance. Spot issues, investigate them, and suggest fixes.
Prepare reports on key issues and escalate them to senior management when needed.
Oversee outsourced surveillance teams to ensure their work meets required quality and performance standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
At least 2 years of experience in banking or project management.
Strong computer skills, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Programming knowledge (e.g., macros or Python) is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
