Your new role
A leading international financial institution is executing multiple strategic technology transformation initiatives across its banking platforms. This role will support end-to-end delivery and change enablement for complex system implementations, ensuring both technical deliverables and business adoption are achieved. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering technology solutions in a banking environment, with the ability to translate business requirements into executable technology outcomes while managing change across stakeholders.

• Drive delivery of defined technology workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Partner closely with IT development teams, architects and vendors to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Bridge business, operations and technology to ensure functional, technical and operational alignment.
• Own delivery of key non-functional aspects such as readiness, cutover, data migration support and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Lead change management activities linked directly to technology delivery milestones.
• Assess business and operational impacts arising from system changes.
• Develop and execute adoption, communication and training plans aligned to release schedules.
• Ensure new platforms are embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Track delivery progress, risks and issues, with clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of testing phases (e.g. UAT, integration testing).
• Coordinate release, cutover and go-live activities.
• Engage business users, operations teams and technology stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops for requirements validation, solution walkthroughs and impact assessments.
• Act as a delivery lead for assigned initiatives, owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Support process redesign aligned to new technology solutions.
• Ensure operational procedures, controls and governance models are updated post-implementation.
• Oversee creation of user documentation, training materials and handover to BAU teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  8+ years' experience in technology delivery, transformation or change roles within banking or financial services.
  
• 
  Strong track record of delivering enterprise technology solutions, not just coordinating change.
  
• 
  Experience working in core banking, transaction banking, payments, trade finance, cash management or treasury systems.
  
• 
  Solid understanding of system implementation lifecycles (requirements, build, testing, release, stabilisation).
  
• 
  Proven ability to manage cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
